GTSC Cancellation Policy

To request a meeting registration refund, please email info@gtsc.org

More than 30 days before the meeting

• Attendees who cancel more than 30 days before the meeting will receive a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee.
• If an attendee remains registered but cancels a registration for a spouse/guest and/or child(ren), they will receive a full refund for those registrations and any associated social events.

14 - 30 days before the meeting

• Cancellations for an attendee, spouse/guest, and/or child(ren) made between 14 and 30 days before the meeting will receive a 50% refund, regardless of the reason.

Less than 14 days before the meeting

• Cancellations for an attendee, spouse/guest, and/or child(ren) made within 14 days of the meeting are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
• However, if an attendee, spouse/guest, or child(ren) is registered for an excursion, a full refund may be issued if a replacement participant can be found.
