The 2024 GTSC Annual Meeting will take place March 14-17 at The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa, located at 71333 Dinah Shore Dr | Rancho Mirage, CA 92270
Rooms have been reserved at the group rate of $305/night + taxes and a discounted $20/day resort fee. Room Rates include the following services:
- Premium Wi-Fi access in Guestrooms and Meeting Room Wi-Fi access (for general browsing)
- Two drinks per stay at any resort bar (well drink, house wine or domestic beer)
- Instructor led 10-minute group wellness activity
- In Room Bottled Water
- Access to Little Links Miniature Golf Course
- Access to Westin Workout Fitness Studio
- Two-hour bike rental per stay for up to 2 guests
- Discounted Parking of $10/car/night + tax
A credit card number is required to hold each guest's stay. Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours before the arrival date or one night will be charged. An early departure fee of $75.00 will apply if reservation checks out prior to the confirmed check out date.
Hotel check in time is 4:00 pm, and check out time is 11:00 am.

The Westin Rancho Mirage is about 15 minutes from the Palm Spring airport. We recommend taking a Lyft, Uber or Taxi to/from the hotel.
