GTSC is excited to offer the following activities and excursions during the 2024 Annual Meeting!

Help A Homeless Animal In Need!

Since 2015, the Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage has been helping Animal Samaritans find shelter dogs with new homes. To date, over 160 dogs have been adopted through the resort – by hotel guests and staff. The resort hosts one dog at a time, housed in an enclosed area in the middle of the main lobby where they are easily seen – and visited – by guests. GTSC will collect dog/cat supplies and monetary donations, at our registration desk to donate them to the Palm Springs Animal Shelter. We're asking attendees to please consider bringing a donation as a nice way to give back to homeless animals in need and support this unique program. View their Wish List

Guests are also encouraged to take these homeless dogs for a stroll around the property, offering valuable socialization and exercise. Should a special bond form during the leisurely walks, guests have the opportunity to fill our an adoption application. Adoption applications are conveniently available onsite, initiating the heartwarming process of providing a furever home to a furry companion.

Discover the joy of making a difference in a homeless animal's life!
